Dr. Swapneshu Baser, founder Director of 'Deven Supercriticals Pvt. Ltd.' (DSPL)
has played major role in design, development and implementation of 'Supercritical
Fluid Processing technology' through his association with IIT- Bombay and
subsequently with DSPL.
Dr. Baser was associated with SCFE technology development activity at IIT Bombay
since its inception in 1993. He shared major responsibility for SCFE
technology development under the 'Technology Development Mission Project
(TDM)' from Government of India. Dr. Baser is recipient of many awards /
recognitions for his contribution in SCFE technology development and successful
commercialization through DSPL.
* "NOCIL award for excellence in design / development of process plant and
equipment" from The Indian Institution of Chemical Engineers in 1997.
* "Young Engineer Award" from The National Academy of Engineering in 2000.
* "Dr. P.K. Patwardhan Technology Development Award" in 2001.
* Invited to Exhibit 'SCFE Technology' at 'Made in India' Show organised by
Confederation of Indian Industries (CII), at Beijing, China, November 2003.
* Invited to Exhibit 'SCFE Technology' at 'Made in India' Show organised by
Confederation of Indian Industries (CII), at Jakarta, Indonesia, August 2009.
