AOPL 2259 STYRENE ACRYLIC 50%

Properties : It has good wet and dry pick resistance, better heat and mechanical stability. Very good sheets gloss, smoother surface, improved opacity and brightness, improved print gloss.

Recommended Applications : AOPL 2259 can be used as such or along with oxidized starch or casein as natural binders in coating formulations. It is compatible with china clay, calcium carbonate, whiting, titanium dioxide and most other standard pigments.

Uses of dispersant : AOPL DIS is a pigment dispersant for aqueous systems. It is a low foaming dispersant, especially useful for dispersing inorganic pigments such as titanium dioxide, zinc oxide, clay with improved stability. It is efficient in a wide range of pH in various emulsion systems.


 

AOPL – P252 Polymer dispersion for clay coating

AOPL –P252 is a new generation, economical paper coating binder based on butyl acrylate versa tic acid ester terpolymer. It can be used to impregnate paper sheets used in the manufacture of laminates, wallpapers and filters. It gives good water resistance, solvent resistance and dimensional stability.

AOPL P252 can be used in the conventional methods such as size press, film press, curtain coating and dipping. Preferred drying temperature can be 110-120 deg c. For extra dimensional stability urea formaldehyde can be used.
