We are engaged in offering Fluid Bed Particle Coater, which is integrated with latest features. The features like carefully designed Air Distributor plate & précised air atomized spray nozzles ensure the perfect Coating-Drying sequence thus eliminating the risk of particle agglomeration even at higher spray rates. Even fine particles can be coated with high weight gain still with negligible risk of agglomeration. The precisely engineered air handling units add to the speed of drying operation thus reducing the downtime to a great extent.
Anish Fluid Bed Coaters are supported with sophisticated instrumentation & automation with user friendly Human Machine Interphase (HMI). The Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) enables setting, controlling & data acquisition of all the process parameters. It is also available in combo model with the attachment of Top spray or Tangential spray or both attachments to perform as a full proof Fluid Bed Processor. Further, we also supply R&D Table Top models in order to develop th product at very small batch size.
