Founded in 1963, Bharat Jyotee Mechanicals started its machine tools division in 1965, with the development of crankshaft grinding machine for the Ist time in India. Within a short span the unit became renowned for its quality and started exporting machines in 1973. Since then the company has already exported more than 400 machines allover the world, viz. Australia, New Zealand, Africa (Including-south-Africa) south-east Asia and middle east countries, south America .It was due to the quality only that HMT (i), Banglore, A govt. of India undertaking took up the unit as an associate for export of crankshaft grinding machines.The unit is having its own casting shop (foundry) well equipped to produce graded castings.
