DVD Adhesives
Araldite® DVD high performance adhesives for silver alloy are developed in collaboration with line integrators, DVD replicators and consumable suppliers. Today Huntsman can supply the industry with the highest quality adhesive products for DVD ROM, DVD±R, HD DVD and Blu Ray.
Huntsman has a truly global presence, with manufacturing sites for DVD adhesive in Cambridge England, Los Angeles USA and Panyu China. Regional offices and warehouses ensure reliable supply and short lead times, and our products are compatible with all main lines and target materials.
Today, Huntsman is one of the largest producers of DVD adhesive for silver alloy worldwide, with over seven years of market experience. DVD pre-recorded
The range of Araldite adhesives for pre-recorded DVDs have been developed in collaboration with OEMs, target manufacturers and customers to ensure maximum corrosion resistance and market leading adhesion to aluminium, silicon, silver (alloy), gold and PC. Araldite adhesives have been formulated to reduce tilt, PIE and POF errors to ensure high yields on your replication line.
All our adhesives have been tested and pass at 80°C/85 RH/96H.
DVD±R, RW and Dual Layer
The range of Araldite adhesives for recordable and re-writeable formats have been developed in collaboration with OEM´s, Target manufacturers, Dye manufacturers and Customers to ensure maximum corrosion resistance and market leading adhesion to Silver (alloy) and PC.
All our adhesives for DVD±R have been tested and pass at 80°C/85 RH/96H
All our adhesives for DVD±RW and Dual Layer have been tested and pass 80°C/85 RH/500 H.
