"BHARAT CAB" AAAC conductor is made from Aluminum-Magnesium-Silicon alloy of high electrical conductivity containing calculated amount of Magnesium Silicate to give it better mechanical properties after treatment/drawing and thereafter stranded from 7 strands to 61 strands. These conductors are generally used for bare overhead primary and secondary transmission. It has a better corrosion resistance and better strength to weight ratio and improved electrical conductivity .Due to its excellent corrosion resistance quality; it is preferably installed on the seacoast and other areas, which are severely impacted by corrosion problems.
