Lympro’s Alprothane lamination ink resin range have increased solubility in a variety of solvents and alcohols; excellent bond strengths, good pigment dispersion capability, very low retained solvent properties, fast re-solubility on the press and compatibility with other resins. The polymer chain is designed so that requirement of co- resins is nil to low.
Alprothane resins yield high solids inks with excellent adhesion to multiple film substrates. In addition, the flexible polyurethane requires no co-solvents and is completely alcohol-soluble. This film-forming resin contributes to extremely low retained solvents in final package. The low solution viscosity allows high pigment loads, easy press clean-up and good printability with high brightness.
The Alprothane range is commercially being used for various lamination applications - snack food bags, cheese and meat wrappers, frozen zipper pouches, laminated candy wrappers, condiment and liquid cosmetic packages.

ALPROCRYL 1540 is a water based polyurethane acrylic emulsion with good adhesion properties.Its soft, flexible film makes the product water resistant with extra high gloss.It si used in application of Lamination Adhesive and heat seal applications.It is a mixture of polyurethane with acrylic as well styrewne monomer.ALPROCRYL 1540 gives clear, tough as well flexible film which helps water resistance .
