Moreover, these potting compounds have an excellent hydrolytic stability.

Including the encapsulation of electrical appliances, the offered compounds are frequently used for a number of potting applications. Owing to their excellent scratch and abrasion resistance, great chemical and stain resistance as well as very good adhesion to the substrates, these compounds are well-appreciated among the customers.

Lympro’s AlproCast 1000 is a two component Polyurethane Casting/ Potting Compound, generally used for jointing power cables. AlproCast 1000 on mixing with Hardener at ambient temperature results in a hard, flexible cured mass with a low exothermic rise in temperature.

Alprocure 1042 is a modified amine adduct for use as a hardener in solvent free systems. Alprocure 1042 has a light color and low viscosity which imparts a very useful initial viscosity to the ALPROTHANE resin, hardener and filler mixture; which considerably simplifies handling of the material and also helps in attaining good surface properties. Alprocure 1042 finds applications as an epoxy hardener in various fields like Water proofing with self leveling effect. Floor Coatings and Castings etc.
