Precimax Bearings, a customer driven company, owes its growth, from a small beginning, to a leadership position, to the vision and commitment of its technopreneur founder to:"Total Customer Satisfaction".

With a cumulative experience of 80 years of its founder in design, development and manufacturing. The company has successfully delivered heavy duty babbit lined slide bearings for three decades to OEMs and end users in sectors like - power generation, electrical rotating machinery, mining, metals, cement industry, pumps & compressors and transportation. The group has been catering to both domestic and export markets. The company has built a formidable reputation in design, engineering and retrofit of bearings for large rotating machines in several challenging situations requiring high performance.

The Group Has three manufacturing facilities, two in Kolhapur and 0ne in Mumbai. The synergy of the three units enables the group to effectively undertake manufacturing programmes including standard bearings as per DIN standards in sizes 9 to 28 in PF, PR & PM formats, customer defined bearings of sizes 60 to 600 diameter and weight upto 1250 kg, as well as re-babbitting, re-engineering and retrofitting services.

Precimax Group has a dedicated design cell in Mumbai with advanced design and calculation softwares to design a wide range of babbit lined slide bearings.

Modern manufacturing practice, advance QA procedure, continuous skill upgradation and training programmes for technical and managerial staff are the key strength of Precimax Group.

In response to the needs of some large customers, Precimax is setting up a new manufacturing unit at Baroda to cater to the growing shipping and power industries. As a part of our endeavour to serve the changing needs of customers, new products are being continuously developed. Some of these are PTFE lined thrust pad bearings and special alloy bearing for internationally renowned machinery manufacturer.
