We manufacture a wide range of specially designed pineapple slicers.
These slicers are very effective in food processing industry where juice and pulp of the pineapples are prepared.
Working
The nicely sized pineapples are placed in the freed tray of the slicer.
There are shearing knives that slices pineapples into 12 mm thick (approx.) slices in a single operation.
The slice thickness can be customized as per the customer requirements.
The slices are then collected in a removable collection tray.

For removing edible portion of fruit remaining on the peels after coring & sizing.
Working
The pineapples are fed manually in the feed tray with fruit side up, which are picked up by a spiked rotating drum. There are steel knives that are used for deep cutting. Thereafter, the pineapples move to v-shaped stripping knives, which can be adjusted as per requisite cutting depth. These v-shaped knifes separate fruit chunks and pieces. The bottom of v-shaped knifes strips the remaining fruit. After that, the peels pass over a grating which dislodges them from the spikes.

A helicoidally extractor consisting of a heavy duty variable pitch screw which squeezes most varieties of stone less crushed fruits through a perforated screen strainer. The juice is collected in a collection trough adjustable clearance at the end of the helicoidally screw makes it possible to control the squeezing action to the desired degree depending upon the type and quality of product.
