Taj Auto Accessories, in a short span of time, has become a name to reckon with in the field of sheet metal stamping and deep drawn sheet metal components. We can give any intricate shape to any sheet metal. We have designed & developed various parts for Mahindra & Mahindra vehicles, which highlighted the concept of value engineering. The components, designed and developed by us, have enhanced safety and aesthetics of the vehicles. We have also developed components for M/S. PAL Peugeot Ltd. for their Premier, 118 NE vehicles, which improved the safety, aesthetics and saved costs in terms of reduced warranty failures.

Our capabilities are not restricted to vehicles; we have also developed and manufactured air-conditioner compressor shells. We are currently under contract with a major company in the Utility sector to build commercial switch boxes. We are a company progressing at a fast pace with clear goals in sight. We are ISO 9001:2000 certified. As we have our own in-house tool designing and tool manufacturing facility, we have a unique edge to make components to suit specific customer requirements. We plan to upgrade this facility from currently basic, to a highly modern and well-equipped one.

We have 13000 sq. ft. of factory area in the heart of Mumbai city with continuous water supply, electric power supply, and CNG piped supply. Due to our strategic location, we have the advantage of easy availability of resources, including manpower and materials.Read More...

Machinery

Our machinery list below clearly indicates the unique pressing facility at our disposal. We have Presses, in range starting from 30 tons to 600 tons in Mechanical and 3 hydraulic presses. We also have a number of SPM (item dedicated) machines.
