Spray Dryer
UFI Spray Dryers are designed to suit specific product requirement and customer specifications. Our spray dryers range from smaller to large capacity. Our spray dryers are nozzle type or atomizer type and co-current or counter current type. These spray dryers can be installed with Fluid Bed Dryer at product outlet for hygroscopic powders. The powder outlet can be below chamber or below cyclone. Our dryers are installed with safety instruments and have good thermal efficiency. For environment protection our plants are equipped with cyclone separators, bag filters or wet scrubbers so that emission levels are within statutory limits.

Spin Flash Dryers
UFI Spin Flash Dryers are designed to handle filter cakes, pastes heat sensitive material or viscous liquid. The feed material fall on sling fan and gets disintegrated. The disintegrated material comes in contact with hot air and gets dried. Our dryer is designed for high efficiency and low product loss. For environment protection our plants are equipped with cyclone separators, bag filters or wet scrubbers so that emission levels are within statutory limits.

Rotary Dryer
UFI Rotary Dryers are designed to handle various feed material like fertilizers, aggregates, sludge, Industrial waste, minerals and ores. Our dryers are fitted with lifters/ flights for effective lifting and transferring material. This ensures optimum contact with hot air and thus high drying efficiency is achieved. Our dryers are co-current and counter current type. For environment protection our plants are equipped with cyclone separators, bag filters or wet scrubbers so that emission levels are within statutory limits.

Paddle Dryers
UFI Paddle Dryers are designed to handle granular and powdery material. Our dryers are manufactured with special designed paddles. This ensures all the material is in contact with heating surface. The surface is heated by passing heating medium in the jacket. Our dryers come with heavy duty bearing with cooling (If required) for trouble free operation. If the evaporated material is solvent then it can be recovered in condenser by operating the system under vacuum.

Cone Screw Mixers
UFI Cone Screw Mixers are designed to achieve high mixing efficiency. Our Cone screw Mixers are used to homogenize single product (Powder or Granules) or mix 2 to 6 different powders of different proportions with high mixing quality. Spraying arrangement can be provided if required. Our mixers are suitable for wide range of products like spice mix, dry soups, bakery premixes, animal feed, baby powder, detergents, dyestuff , color pigments, fertilizers etc. Our mixers achieve high efficiency of mixing in shorter time with complete discharge of mixed material. The mixing very gentle and heat generation is minimal. Jacket or limpet can be provided for heating or cooling as per process requirement.

Ribbon Blenders
UFI Ribbon Blenders are robust and simple in design. It comes in horizontal U trough and vertical cone type. Our mixers are used for powder to powder and powder to liquid mixing. Our ribbon design is double helix type which ensures proper mixing. Our mixers can be used in various sectors as per process requirement.

Plough Shear Mixer
UFI Plough Shear Mixer is horizontal cylindrical with specially designed plough blades. Our mixers are efficient in handling thick pastes and viscous slurries. Choppers rotating at high rpm are provided on the side of the mixer to avoid agglomeration and jamming of machine. Choppers disintegrate lumps that are formed during mixing process due to addition of liquid into powder or nature of mixed material itself. It can be provided with jacket for heating or drying purpose.

Reactors
UFI Reactors are manufactured with full care and attention given to welding procedure. We manufacture jacketed reactor, agitated reactor, limpet reactor, dimple reactor and high pressure reactor. We manufacture reactors as per ASME or customer specified standards. Our agitated reactors with specially designed impellers can be used for slurry preparation, homogenization, chlorination, hydrogenation, oxidation etc. Our reactors are manufactured with high quality material of construction like stainless steel, duplex steel etc. We design and manufacture as per TEMA or ASME standards.

Heat Exchangers
UFI designs and manufacture shell & tube heat exchangers, re-boilers, condensers, finned tube type heat exchangers, air cooled heat exchangers. We manufacture these products as per customer design also. Our reactors are manufactured with high quality material of construction like stainless steel, duplex steel etc.

Distillation Columns
UFI Distillation Columns are designed to achieve highest efficiency. We manufacture our columns as per international standard and quality material. Our columns are designed to operated under vacuum or pressure.

Evaporators
UFI design and manufacture single and multi-effect evaporators. We use tubular and/or scrapped surface system to achieve high thermal stability in the product. Our evaporators are designed for optimum utilization of steam by using different methods and equipments as per product and process requirement. Our evaporators have longer life and less maintenance. We use PLC and SKADA for automation and our automation system is user friendly and easy to operate.
