Commutator fusing Machine
Features:
- 1. Press type welding machine.
- 2. Twisted rod size 3 to 6 mm.
- 3. Bar size 2 x 20 mm minimum and 5 x 50 mm maximum will be weld.
- 4. Cross rod pitch 40 mm minimum and 100 mm maximum.
- 5. Long bar pitch 30 mm minimum.
- 6. Grating welding size 1200 x 6000 mm.
- 7. Machine will be hydraulic operated.
- 8. Machine will have PLC, HMI for logic control and parameter setting.
- 9. Pitch adjustment by Servo motors.
