Chlorpyrifos Ethyl and Methyl, Aimco was the second producer of these products after Dow Chemicals and is one of the largest manufacturer of the Chlorpyrifos technical and its formulations in the world. Aimco has remained major manufacturer of these products since last 25 years.

Triclopyr Acid and its Esters, are entirely inhouse R & D developed products of Aimco. Aimco was again the second producer of these products after Dow Chemicals and today is the largest generic manufacturer of Triclopyr technical and its formulations in the world. Even in these products due to our committed Research team and focus of the company on Pyridine chemistry, Aimco has remained major manufacturer of these products since last 10 years.

Neo Nicotinoids Pesticides, are entirely inhouse R & D developed products of Aimco. Aimco was again the second producer of Imidacloprid after Bayer India. Once the product life cycle was on decline, the other neo nicotinoid Acetamiprid was developed in in house R & D and commercialized successfully. The latest molecule in this family to be commercialized successfully is Thiamethoxam. Aimco is the supplier of the choice for large companies fo Thiamethoxam and its formulations.

The strategy of the company is to work on value added, environmentally friendly formulations like Suspension Concentrates which are based on water as solvent and like Water Dispersible Granules (Spray Dried and Extruded) of the old pesticides molecules. Also work on CAPSULE SUSPENSIONS which are the latest developments in Pesticides Formulations where an active molecule is coated by a polymer, which gives a formulation a slow release and low toxicity properties. This property enhances the efficacy of the product multifold. Also working to develop several active ingredients based on similar chemistry like Chlor family of Herbicides. More thrust will be given on Clinical data generation of the existing molecules and getting them registered in developed countries.

Government of India's Ministry of Science and Technology has endorsed the Aimco's R&D Centre at Lote Parshuram, Chiplun as a certified laboratory.
