Plastic Injection Moulding

We are engaged in manufacturing of insert moulded Inner lnlet pipe and Inner Outlet pipe used in inner tank on Electric Water Heater made with high precision from stain-less steel (304 food grade) and temperature resistant engineering plastic. These pipes are also called as dip tubes and plays important role in electrical water .

Also the inner outlet pipe is designed to fetch hot water from the top of the water heater. Without a dip tube the cold water coming into heater would just mix with some of the hot water at the top of the tank on its way to the outlet.

Vacuum forming process
