COMPANY PROFILE :

It gives us immense pleasure to introduce ourselves as a pioneer company offering Total Solution for Pharmaceutical water Systems.

APF Water Systems Pvt. Ltd. was promoted by a group of Engineers having expertise in Pharmaceutical Water Systems in the year 2000 to cater to the needs of the stringent norms of water quality requirements in the Pharma Industry.

We at APF Water Systems Pvt. Ltd. are into the business of high purity water systems, basically Purified water generation Systems, Purified water and WFI storage & distribution systems, Pure steam distribution piping & Sterile process piping

OBJECTIVE :

Design, Construct, Commission & Validate Pharmaceutical Water systems to consistently produce water as per the required specs while achieving reduced life cycle cost.

MANAGEMENT PROFILE :

Ashok K.P. -: B.E. (Mechanical from Dayalbagh University, Agra, has an experience of more than ten years in Design, inhouse & site execution, commissioning and validation of pharmaceutical water system.

Francis Chundal - : B.E. (Chemical) from Mumbai University has an experience of more than eight years in Design, Sales & Marketing of Pharmaceutical water system.

Jayapaul -: has an experience of twelve years in production & quality Control of Sanitary fittings, equipment's and accessories related to Pharma Engineering items.

ENGINEERS & TECHNICIANS :

A dedicated team having an exposure of an average of ten years in this field.

OUR SETUP :

Keeping in mind the criticality in the production of the various items required for the system, We have setup a full fledged workshop with the machinery's required for the same viz, Lathe m/ c, grinding m/ c, Buffing m/ c, Drilling m/ c, Orbital Welding m/ c, etc. The activities like welding, finishing, bending, testing, etc. are carried out in the workshop along with quality checking.

OUR EXPERTISE :

We have hand's on experience on the largest no of pharmaceutical water systems designed as per USFDA, UKMCA, TGA, MCC & other international regulatory authorities.

We have an experienced, qualified & dedicated team of Engineer's & technician with nearly 10 years experience in pharmaceutical water segment.

Our Scope extends right from process design, detailed engineering, manufacturing to supply, installation & commissioning of pharmaceutical water system along with Validation assistance.
