Pasteurizer and Sterilizers

“Pasteurization is the heat treatment of a product to kill pathogenic bacteria and reduce enzymatic activity. The purpose is to make the product safe for consumption and to lengthen product shelf life.”

Cleaning In Place

CIP is the cleaning treatment for processing plants, equipment’s and product pipeline. It’s carried out without dismantling the systems. It’s work on the principles mechanical force of detergent spray, temperature and contact time.

Sugar Syrup Filtration

Sugar syrup used for soft drinks mainly is from cane sugar with 60° - 68° brix and at a filtration temperature of 70° - 85°C. The quality of sugar differs widely depending on its origin and refining process.

High Pressure Homogenizer and Pumps

Homogenizer includes all the components able to micronize the particles of the fluid and to obtain a homogenous and stable emulsion of the product.

Process Tanks

Manufacturing storage and blending tanks not only related to simple fabrication work. It is through food processing technology to make your product safe during entire time of production.

Sugar Transfer and blending system

Table mounted hopper and pump with venturi tube is provided to create vacuum effect. Sugar will be easily transfer to dissolving tank. Additionally shear pump option available for faster dissolving of sugar.

Concentrate Mixing Trolley

Smaller quantity ingredients both in powder or liquid form can easily mix with stirrer and transfer pump provided and transfer to process tanks. System is very useful for soft drink and RTS juice plant.
