• Activities

We undertake: Manufacture, Testing & Supply of Chemical Process Equipments as per Various Applicable International Codes e.g. ASME & API. We undertake third party inspection jobs.

After spending many years in fabrication industry, ASPCE has achieved command in fabrication of various chemical equipment designs. It all happened because of proficient team of experienced engineers & shop floor team. ASPCE has professionals who has 20 years of experience in chemical & pharmaceutical plant fabrication. We are equipped with all necessary machinery and handling equipments such as Lifting Cranes, Moving Cranes etc for easy & safe handling of equipments. We also design equipments as per our client's requirement. The firm is run by a Team of professionals who are well-versed with techno-commercial aspects and market demand.

• Testing & Inspection

In our company, material used in equipments gets tested in NABL laboratory as per requirements. We have also manufactured equipments under reputed third party inspection agencies. Before &after fabrication done, we perform necessary test on equipment. E.g. Dye Penetrant Test, Radiography, Hydraulic, Pneumatic, Load running test, test as per client's requirements. We also maintain necessary records e.g. WPS (Welder Procedure Specification), PQR (Procedure Qualification records which enable us to establish trust in our clients for better quality & workmanship.
