Our day to day management affairs are taken care of by the Managing directors, who in turn are responsible for their supervision, direction and control of the Board. A team of professionals form the next level of management with the responsibility for the respective divisions or functional areas that they lead and are designated as Area Sales Managers headed by a seasoned Zonal sales Manager. The Board selects the senior management team, which is charged with the conduct of the Company's business. Having selected the senior management team, the Board acts as an advisor and for guide to senior management and ultimately monitors their performance.
