Quality Control

BNTools utilizes the most sophisticated measuring technologies available. High precision measurement equipment are used by our highly trained quality engineers. All of our tooling is built according to our Quality Policy, & our operating policy is to encourage & train all employees to pursue never-ending improvement in the productivity & quality of the products we manufacture.

Samples check reports. after we finished initial sample sizes check, then We will deliver the samples to customers for final check. After the samples are ok by customers, then we delivery the tooling.

Weekly project report : we will delivery some reports weekly to you so that you would have a full involvement in the plastic mold product supervision.

Main Steps :

• Incoming quality control: All steel material & outsourcing st&ard components will be checked to ensure that they confirm with the dem&s for toolings.
• Inprocess quality control: All the machining & assembling process is under control, we have QC team to check & supervise the tolerance & processed surface to satisfy the requirements.
• Final quality control: Upon the completion of the each toolings,we will have a thorough check for the main size of the trial sample & tools to ensure the every steps haven’t be overlooked & quality is ok.
