Heavy Fabrication

We undertake all kinds of Heavy Fabrication and have currently fabricated equipment upto 40mm plate thickness. We offer SMAW, TIG and CO2 welding options to our clients, depending on the raw material to be used. We offer our jobs for Ultrasonic as well Radiography Testing by 3rd Party Inspection Agencies, if required by the customer.

Mild and Stainless Steel in SS 304, SS 316 and 316L are the standard materials we use. We have also successfully fabricated equipment in Aluminum as well as FRP, as per our customer's requirements. Our experienced welders ensure that there is no compromise in the structural integrity of the joints.

Construction & Medical Machinery are a few of the heavy fabrication items that we manufacture. We also undertake Conveyor Systems, Transformer Tanks, Vessels and can manufacture complex equipment as well
