Usage :

Component has to be placed on conveyor for cleaning and it passes from one chamber to other when the cycle-start button is pressed. The component is washed at high pressure in the first chamber by the dedicated nozzles. In the second chamber the component is dried up through the air blow.

By using the electric heaters, the liquid in the tank is heated as per the regulated temperature. A 24 hour programmable timer is used to start early heating of the tank liquid and to regulate the tank liquid level, Float type liquid indicator cum controller is used. When the tank liquid level falls below the minimum functioning level the pump and heaters will cut off automatically.
