Water Cooled Packaged Water Chiller

Our company is engaged in offering an extensive range of water cooled packaged water chillers, Brine, Glycol chillers, which are controlled by a thermostat to cycle off when the water temperature is lower than the set point and on when the temperature overcomes a pre-set differential. These have a capacity of 3.5 Kw to 354kw.

Technical Specifications:

  • Temperature: +5șC to -25șC
  • Water cooled packaged water chiller fitted with open type, hermetic piston compressor and scroll compressors with a single or double refrigerant circuits
  • The chillers are controlled by a thermostat to cycle off when the water temperature is lower than the set point and on when the temperature overcomes a pre-set differential

Compressors

  • Compressor uses in chillers are open type reciprocating, semi hermetic, hermetic scroll compressor & hermetic reciprocating

Condenser coils

  • Shell & Tube type water cool condenser made up of carbon steel pipe
  • The tubes used are Seamless Copper Tubes 19 mm (3/4 OD) integrally finned from outside having 26 fins per inch expanded in to tube sheets

Air Cooled Packaged Water Chiller

We are offering air cooled packaged water chillers, which are equipped with open type, hermetic piston compressor and scroll compressors with a single or double refrigerant circuits. Our range of offering air cooled packaged water chillers has safety features available using accurate temperature sensors and pressure switch which protects the system from high winding temperature.

Condenser coils

  • With finned core coils made of copper tubes and manifolds, aluminum fins shaped to offer maximum air turbulence, and galvanized steel end plates
  • The condenser coils are designed and sized using advanced computer design techniques, to obtain a high final chiller coefficient of performance (COP)
  • Condenser coils are positioned on just one side of the unit, thereby allowing the unit to be installed even in small areas

Axial Fans

They feature a crescent-shaped die-cast Aluminium impeller Permanently lubricated electric motor fitted with an external rotor The fan is fitted with a safety grille
