About Cyano Pharma

Cyano Pharma was promoted in 1965 by a young technocrat shri ramesh shah as partnership company. Later on it was converted into private limited company. In 1985, biofil chemicals & pharmaceuticals was formed as a private limited company for manufacturing of b lactam formulations, injections, eye drops, dry syrups etc. The firm was dormant for some years. Later in 1992, systematix group joined hand with cyano group and biofil was converted into a public limited company. In 1994 group decided to manufacture bulk drug. For this site at pithampur was chosen with bulk drug plant could not run successfully.
