We are pleased to introduce ourselves as a Small Scale Manufacturing Engineering Industry, particularly engaged in manufacturing of precision and critical components & Sub- Assemblies for applications like Automobiles, Diesel Engines and Hydro-Turbine. We also manufacture Rollers and Water Screen wire mesh as per the requirement of our customers.
The promoters have combined experience in Corporate Management, Design, Sourcing, Manufacturing, Metallurgy and Quality System.
We undertake manufacture of components as well as sub-assemblies as required by the customers. We are specialize in custom built sub-assemblies as well as assemblies.
To add to our strength of manufacturing, we have a medium sized Industrial raw material / raw bar stock supplying organization from group company, dealing in critical raw materials – alloy steels, non ferrous material from Indian Manufacturers as well as thru Imports from all over the world, as required for various parts in Engineering Industry. Details are given below.
In order to meet the requirements, we have established a state of the art manufacturing facility on 12000 sq.ft. manufacturing area in heart of industrial area at Pune and having updated CNC machines, list is enclosed herewith.
Manufacturing activity is well supported by suitable Metrology /Inspection and gauging facility to evaluate control and assure quality of products during manufacturing, list is enclosed herewith.
The company has been Exporter to UK, USA, France, from last 6 yrs.
Our Quality System is certified by TUV NORD DIN EN for ISO 9001-2008.
We have been accredited with NSIC-CRISIL Performance and Credit Rating as 'SE 2B'
