Forgemax has a technically trained and well motivated staff strength of 12. Operator strength is 55 persons. The standard room contains:CMM Crysta Plus M443,Linear Height Gauge,Profile Projector,Bench Center,Surface roughness Tester,Sine Gauge Set.Our Expansion Plans are:Mazak-make Hyper Quadrex Turning Center,Injection Moulding Machine,Fanuc-make VMCs,Mazak-make IIMC(Nexus 40000),Circularity Checking Machines(Mitutoyo). We have been a service distributor for Miller Electric Welding Machines and more for over many years. Forgemax is incorporated in September 2006 , with the takeover of the forging and machining assets of Dhananjay Industriez . This change was necessitated due to the requirement of additional space and machinery to cater to the increase in the demand of existing and newly developed customers

Forgemax is engaged in the manufacture of Forged and CNC machined components having application in the Automobile, Tractor, and Electrical Engineering sectors.

Area of work

Components manufactured include G.C. Rods, Shifter Forks and Shifter Levers, Transmission Levers, Spindle Nuts, Splined Hubs etc.

Associates

Associate companies include Dhananjay Industriez and Spacetech Designers.
Dhananjay Industriez is now engaged in the manufacture of Shifter Levers for the automobile sector and Hub Cover assemblies for export .
Spacetech Designs is involved in engineering and architectural design outsourcing and is well versed in the latest 3D modeling and designing techniques.
