Being an associate member of Institution of Engineers, "Mr. Shidhaye" has always been outperforming and excelled in all his ventures.
After graduation he started his career with Alfa Laval India. This journey of 15 years gave him the exposure to the world of CNC machining, then a new technology. Next 3 years he worked as the plant manager at Worldwide Oil Field machines, managing the entire factory operations.
Having the vast experience of 18 years and a technology driven approach helped him lay the foundation of Genau Engineers.
In 1995 Genau was the one of the first companies to startup a CNC machining unit in Pune area.
Mr. Shidhaye, being young at heart and having dynamic leadership qualities continues to grow Genau further by investing in latest technologies and following the industry trends.
Genau Engineers was Established in 1995, as a small company to provide machining solution on CNC turning centers. The company has been continuously improving and adapting the advanced technology in the manufacturing industry.
The state of art machining facility includes CNC Turning Centers, Centre-less grinding machine, Milling machines, 5-axis Vertical machining center, Mill Turn center.

We provide machined components in variety of materials like Inconel, Haste alloy, Stainless steel, high alloy, Brass, Aluminum and Carbon steel (any other customer specific materials). These all are processed by highly advanced CNC machines to very close tolerances.
