Basic terms and conditions to start business with us:
• Distributor FeesOptional: Rs 5 Lakhs (Along with setting up of Cold Storage & A M C for two years)
• Security deposit: Rs 5 Lakhs (with credit on material up to 6 lakhs)
• Payment Credit Days: 30 days
• Distributor margin: 5 to 10 % on the value of the products ordered
• Retailer margin: 25 % on MRP of the products
• Total Margin: 31 to 35% excluding C S T, VAT & entry taxes.
• Support for marketing, area sales managers and Promoters at all super stores will be given by us
• Delivery for the material ordered up to 1.5 ton will be on F.O.R basis
