Mr. Mohan R Gupta – CEO

Rubber Technologist qualified from the National College of Rubber
Technology, London (ANCRT).
Graduate of Plastics and Rubber Institute, London (GPRI)

Mr. Mohan Gupta started the company in 1981 and has extensive knowledge and experience of over 30 years in the field of rubber & manufacturing of rubber products. Earlier in 1977, he was associated with RAPRA, UK; as a technologist. He was awarded for the best paper on business administration across the UK. Under his leadership, the company has grown over the years from a humble rubber manufacturing unit to a pioneer of manufacturing automobile components with strong businesses in both commercial vehicles and passenger cars.

Mr. Varun Gupta joined the company in 2009 and is actively involved with product development and other business strategies pursued by the company. He has been responsible in various executive positions for overseeing and implementing product development, manufacturing operations and quality control initiatives and played a significant role in development of air filter components, design and production of molded hoses and bellows and has seen the company expand into developing newer products and explore newer markets.
