We have our own quality circle. We apply vigorous norms at all the levels of manufacturing, viz.: - purchase of the basic materials, processing of it, testing of sub-assemblies of components, assemblies of the products and final packaging, which makes the products reach to the end customers safely.

Our quality can be judged by the fact that we possess an ISI mark to our products and we possess ISO 9001: 2008 certificate for our system.

All the material & methods used in the overall process are absolutely non-hazardous.

The metals, the plastics, the glass parts and the rubber parts are purchased only after the qualitative test and after confirmation of the various physical and chemical properties as per the standards. All types of paints are tested for their consistency in shades, hardness, scratchproof property, gloss level and flexibility when applied on a surface. The rubber components are also subjected to various destructive and non-destructive tests before accepting in the factory. All hardware parts are offered for best quality of nickel and chromium plating, which lasts for years and years.

Adoption of advance methods in the inspection of the instruments at several levels of manufacturing, confirms the superiority of the products and their durability. These methods are always reconciled periodically as a part of acceptance of the new methods.
