Our company was formed in the year, 1996-1997 then was known as Miracle Systems, under the able leadership of Mr. Anand Panchabhai & Mr. Ajay Jogdand. We have world class, complete range for car care & car detailing products comprising of wet & dry category. Our product range is divided as per three major applications:
- Paint Traders,
- Service Providers (Applicators) &
- Car Accessories.
Within our group we have Jopasu Systems Pvt. Ltd as our manufacturing company that is ISO & CRISIL certified while A & O Car Care as our distribution & service-provider Company both located in Pune, Maharashtra.
Major Raw materials / chemicals / fabrics are imported those are formulated in our own R & D lab, manufactured with automated machinery & SPMs. Our products reach the market after going through stringent requirements & tests.
We have experience in this field for almost 2 decades right from Import, Service Provision, Application, In House R & D, Certifications, Manufacturing & Distribution. We operate through our Branches & Distributor network dedicated for specific territory across India.

- First company to launch the concept of "Teflon Treatment" in western India.
- First company to introduce “Tough Guard Treatment” in India.
- First company to introduce "Car Duster" in India.
- First company to launch the concept of "Super Utility Products" in India.
- First company to introduce “Auto Grade Microfiber” for car care in India.
- First company to manufacture range of car care products in India.
Major Milestones:
- 1996: Formation of the company.
- 1998: Started New Branch in Nagpur.
- 2000: Started importing chemicals which were to be used for car care.
- 2001: Started two new branches in Indore and Nasik.
- 2001: Started importing buffing pads from USA.
- 2002: "Jopasu Systems Pvt. Ltd." company was formed under the able guidance of Mr. Anand Panchabhai & Mr. Ajay Jogdand.
- 2002: Started importing different car care products from "Allbrite" USA.
- 2006: Started first manufacturing unit, in Pune with technical guidance from Korean firm for specialty products which were launched first time in India.
- 2007: General Motors approval as General Motor Genuine Accessories.
- 2007: Maruti Suzuki India Limited recommendation for all their outlets.
- 2008: “A & O Car Care” company formed which is responsible for distribution & service provision of Jopasu brand product range.
- 2008: ISO certification for Jopasu Systems Pvt. Ltd.
- 2012: CRISIL rating for Jopasu Systems Pvt. Ltd.
- 2012: Started second manufacturing unit in Pune.
