Kaptim Concrete Produts are manufactured using the latest vibro-compaction techniques, accurately designed mould, appropriate reinforcement with spacers and a concrete grade of M-30. In our constant endeavour to improve the products, the specifications machange without notice.
We also produce customizes products for your special needs, subject to large quantities. To order customized products, sizes, strength required and other necessary information needs to be sent.

Precast Concrete Bench

Precast Concrete Reinforced Bench. The bench consists of 2 Nos. L-shaped with base support in grey cement color of thickness – 100 mm, back light – 1000 mm & front height – 450 mm, base width – 620mm, and 5 Nos. reinforced concrete planks in red color of size 1500mm X 100mm X 50mm, and 1 No. of reinforced concrete plank of size 1500mm X 200mm X 50mm manufactured by using M-30 Grade of Concrete & reinforced suitably to prevent damage during handling, transportation, erection & long use.

All parts are joined together with galvanized nuts & bolts of suitable size.

Railway Platform Coping

Precast Concrete reinforced coping stone of size 1125 X 530 X 100 mm thickness, as per top finish shown in photo enclosed, manufactured with M – 30 and above grade of concrete, is being suitable reinforced and manufactured by vibro-compaction process.

Railing Post

Precast Concrete Railing Post 1500mm X 1000mm X 65mm, manufactured with M-20 and above grade of Concrete, with sufficient amount of reinforcement to prevent cracking during handling, transportation and are manufactured by using box moulds, with vibro- compaction process.

V-Shaped Railing Post

Precast Concrete V-Shaped Railing Post of size 1000mm X 1000mm X 50mm, manufactured with M-20 and above grade of concrete, suitably reinforced to prevent cracking during handling, transportation and are manufactured, with Vibro-compaction process.

Temple Railing Post

Precast Concrete Temple Railing Post of size 1030mm X 900mm X 50mm, manufactured with M-20 and above grade og concrete, suitably reinforced to prevent cracking during handling, transportation and are manufactured with vibro-compation process.

Tree Guard

Precast Concrete Tree Guard consists of 4 panels of size 1800mm X 620mm X 25/35mm, & manufactured with M-20 and above grade of Concrete suitably reinforced to prevent cracking during handling, transportation and are manufactured with vibro-compaction process.

• Faster runoff of water from road to surrounding areas.
• No water clogging on the roads & hence longer life of road.
• Can be used as a sitting area along the footpath.
