K K INDUSTRIES is a manufacturing company engaged in manufacture of engineering parts with ISO: 9001 certification, AS 9100 & NSIC certified. Started in the year 1984 by engineering entrepreneurs. Our manufacturing set up consists of CNC, VMC and HMC machines with CNC Pipe Bending Machine with Five Axes, Induction Brazing and all other machine set up for pipe parts manufacturing and pre machining. The core area of manufacturing is for Locomotive, Automotive, Defence and Engineering Applications. Manufacturing process involves development of Patterns, Pressure Die Casting Dies, Gravity Die Casting Dies, Forging Dies, Jigs, Fixtures, Inspection Fixtures and other Special Gauges. The parts produced are of ferrous, non-ferrous and also special grade material. Part manufactured goes through intense inspection on Co-ordinate Measuring Machine (CMM). We are equipped with all necessary inspection instruments with Profile Projector and Millipore set up. Training programmes are conducted as per schedule by internal and external trainers. We plan to diversify from parts manufacturing to parts ready to use in assembly form.
