Secrecy Clause
Mega also follow practice of signing secrecy clause agreement with each employee, if customer insists for important project Mega also follows practice to enter into separate secrecy clause agreement with specific team. As per Indian Law all such secrecy agreement are valid during the employment and after leaving of service for one year.
