High Rise Storage

Many pallets can be stored with adjustable levels in narrow aisle systems. Installation is made independently from the building with turret truck which is compatible with the system so any changes can be made inside the building.

FPO BIN TROLLEY

The FPO Storage Bin Trolley/Rack provides a maximum of mobility and high-density small-component storage at a minimum of floor space. Stable welded sheet design, equipped on both sides with semi-open storage bins of various sizes and color sorted.

TOOL CABINET

The main body is built using modern welding techniques and it can take a load of 2500 Kgs. The drawers are provided with perforations for fixing partitions to keep small parts in an organized way. The outer part of main body is finished with superior quality paint and all parts are baked in oven at 120 deg. temperature. This gives perfect long lasting finish to the products. The drawer slides on specially designed and manufactured heavy duty channels. These channels are designed to take 100 kgs to 200 kgs load in the drawers depending on customer’s specific requirements.

PALLET

The pallet—also Euro-pallet or pallet—is the standard European pallet as specified by the European Pallet Association (EPAL). Pallets conforming to the standardization are eligible for the European Pallet Pool (EPP) - the EPAL pallet system allows for an exchange as "pallet for pallet". The pallet is 1200×800×144 mm, it is a four-way pallet made of wood that is nailed with 78 special nails in a prescribed pattern. Only EPAL-licensed makers may produce pallets.

FIFO STORAGE RACK

We provide our clients with heavy duty and light duty FIFO racks. These industrial rack can be customized as per the weight of the components to be carried and help clients in maintaining the inventory levels in stores and assembly lines. We also offer storage racks and warehouse racks, with additional attachment of plastic wheels, which are inserted in the rail and can be adjusted as per the the requirements.

ROLLER TRACK

A Roll Formed Metal Roller Track may be a Channel with rollers mounted inside it so something can move across it on those rollers. Roller Tracks are very common. Another Roller Track use would be a Channel that Rollers, attached to something else, travel on and across it such as with many types of conveyors. A Curtain Track is another great use of a Channel. There are many different types of Curtains used with these Curtain Tracks. You may automatically think of a curtain where you live that may be mounted on rollers and hooks or plastic parts that ride inside of a track. Yes, this is a very common use. In the non-residential world the types of curtains that move back in forth, in Track assemblies are used as room separators. Typically a large area is divided up by curtains instead of walls in a factory or even Schools. Gymnasiums are a popular place that Curtain Tracks are used as well.
