Cement autoclave

We offer high quality Cement Autoclave in the market. The special design of Cement Autoclave ensures easy heater replacement, even by one skilled man. The Autoclave is suitable for conducting accelerated soundness test on cements by the autoclave expansion test requiring constant steam pressure with the corresponding constant temperature. It consists of a stainless steel cylinder with a heat insulated cover, mounted on a sturdy supporting frame, enclosed in a heat insulated metal housing, attractively finished. The control unit consists of sensitive pressure regulator and pressure gauge, power switches and pilot lights for controlling the electric heating units.

• Quadruple walled construction, Inside S.S. Boiler, air insulation cover, Glass wool Insulation cover and outer cover
• Inside chamber dimensions - 10.5 cm dia. meter x 40.5cm height suitable for operation on 230 V, 50Hz, single phase, A.C. Supply
• Supplied complete with test bar holder, special rack to hold specimens above water level in the autoclave and in vertical position to expose them in the same manner
• The Pressure gauge is with calibration report with national traceability. Length comparator and shrinkage bar moulds (single/ two/ triple gang) are available at extra cost.
