Dr. Suresh Jagannath Gangawane is Founder & Inventor of Nanosolutions™. He is Veterinarian & a Trainer by Profession. He has been working in the fields of Veterinary, Agriculture for last 38 years and has invented various products especially for farmers. He is also a consultant to some of the renowned industries on process improvement and product development. One them is Vetcare (Provimi), Bangalore. He also a member of Research Council, Maharashtra Animal Husbandry, Dairy and Fisheries University, Nagpur. Advisor to all the Military Dairy Farms in the Country (India).

Dr. Gangawane is B.V.Sc and AH, by profession & passed in First Class in the year 1973, from Bombay Veterinary College, Parel, Mumbai 400 012.

His expertise lies in Training in Embryo Transfer Technology, at ‘IMV’, L’ aigle, France.

Hands on Training in Embryo Transfer, at Sabarmati Ashram Goshala, Bidaj (Main ETT Lab), by Prof. Drost, Florida, U S A.

Hands on Training in Embryo Transfer, `Granada International’, USA.

Training in Semen Freezing Technology, at ‘IMV’, L’ aigle, France.

Well-versed in various branches of Embryo Transfer Technology.

Previously Dr. Gangawane was occupied with National Bull Production Programme, Dept of AH and Dairying, Govt. of India. Maharashtra Live Stock Development Board, Govt of Maharashtra.

Advisory Committee, Dept of Animal Husbandry, Govt of Gujarat.

Consultant to Goa Dairy, Gokul-Kolhapur, Shivamrut-Akluj, Rajhans-Sangamner, Agasti-Akole, Govind-Phaltan, Dudh Pandhari- Solapur and Ajinkya-Milk, Satara Dist; Milk Unions.

He is recently felicitated by Ex-chief minister of Maharashtra at Manjra Dudh Sangh, Latur, in 2008.

He is also felicitated by Criar Viendo Group, Colombia, Latin America in 2001.

In 1999 ‘MILITARY DAIRY FARMS’ felicitated Dr. Gangawane for rendering services to the Military Farms, all over the Country.

He was also been felicitated by the Chief Minister of Goa, Hon. Mr. Pratapsinh Rane, on behalf of Goa Milk Union, for services rendered to the Dairymen of Goa in 1997.

He has more than 31 publications published under his name exclusively written for the farmers and rural development of India.

Swapnil Waikar

Mr. Swapnil Waikar is the Co-Founder of Nanosolutions™. Being different from the field of agriculture and veterinary he choose to work in this field after meeting Dr. Gangawane and understanding with commitments towards the farmers and rural India.

Swapnil has done with Bachelors degree in Pharmacy from Sinhgad College of Pharmacy, Pune University, India. After this he continued working as Medical representative for Dr. Reddy’s Lab India for 6 months in anti-hypertensive and anti-diabetic drugs department in 2005. Further he continued his training in the same field by completing his Masters from the University of Greenwich, United Kingdom. Over there he went intensive training of formulation science, where he also went under research program took by university and other pharmaceutical companies. Over there he worked with Abbott Lab, UK Ltd, Queens’s borough, Kent with Finished dosage department for anaesthetic and HIV division in 2007.

After returning back he continued his hobby of farming and applied the same technology in various farms with the help of Dr. Gangawane.

Swapnil loves listening soft music and travelling across various remote areas of country.

Being a managing partner Swapnil also looks under the production division and handles the marketing by innovative ideas and also helps in running the business smoothly by handling various financial deals.
