Although it may seem easy, it is extremely difficult to manage an inventory without any customer commitment, and offer competitive pricing for an organization of our size.

• You pay 25% of order value, whatever the quantity, in advance against booking.
• After a Waiting Period of 1 month, we get the order ready to dispatch and intimate you regarding same.
• You then deposit the remaining 75% of order value in our bank account.
• After receipt of payment, the order is dispatched from our Pune head office, and the docket details are conveyed to you. This kind of interaction allows us to work more efficiently at reduced costs, thus translating into even better price options for you. But for those who are not happy about a 1-Month Waiting Period, we have another option...

OPTION C is an even more collaborative method, which creates a WIN-WIN situation for everyone involved. This can be achieved by taking into account the Average Per-Month Requirements.

• You deposit an amount worth your average requirements per month in our bank account. It is a safe prediction for you, and it allows us to always maintain an inventory of all the products they may require.
• After receipt of payment, the order is dispatched from our Pune head office, and the docket details are conveyed to you. This arrangement lets us offer our customers the best possible pricing, competitive even by Chinese standards! Also it frees our customers from the hassle of managing an inventory of their own.

Done discussing various pricing models, let's divert ourselves for a while to the very important question of Quality. Apart from the fact that Chinese products haven't been able to withstand the tests of quality, Chinese manufacturers are unable to make products completely suitable to Indian conditions because they have not experienced and do not understand these conditions.

All Indians realise the Power Fluctuations that our Electronic Goods have to endure on a daily basis. Imported machines are not always designed to adapt to this unique problem. But we, have created a Power Supply (Adaptor) that will bear a power spike as high as 280V. If the input power crosses 280V, the power supply will shift to Sleep Mode and the machine will run on power generated from its inbuilt battery. Even in the input power crosses 320V, the adaptor might get irreversibly damaged, still the machine will remain intact.

IN CASE OF A BROKEN ADAPTOR, it is essential to replace it with the original Adapted Power Supply, which costs Rs.400/- only. Any other adaptor bought locally might not protect the machine from further power fluctuations.

To spare a couple of lines for Service Support, we assure to return faulty machines within 2 working days. Considering that 1 of these 2 days is spent on in-depth Testing and Burn in processes, one may judge the efficiency of our servicing turnover.
