We supply economically viable plant with modern technology to achieve less solvent consumption and thereby
reducing losses. Our Recuperation system is one of the best designs which can be operated at 4 kg Steam
pressure without any hexane leakage through vent and maintaining the water column upto 8-10 mm in
Desolventiser Toaster thereby saving the hexane.
We have incorporated latest design in one of our major equipment i.e. Desolventiser Toaster to reduce the
solvent loss and to get better toasting.
