Welding & Fabrication

Rivetting

• We have inhouse facility of orbital rivetting used in assemly like seat belt used in co diver and driver seat of tata hexa.

Upholstery

• We have inhouse facility for - Rexin bellows, for all models of the tata motors viz. Hcv, mcv, lcv. Main purpose of these bellows are to avoid dust entrance inside the gear box and vehicle cab. Rexene bellows are more advantageous than rubber bellows in life. Rexin seat covers.
• Door streps (Tata, Mahindra) : Door strep assembly basically used inside the door assy. To avoid contact between door and vehicle body at the time of door openings. It is made from customer approved nylon fabrics with the sheet metal reinforcements inside the fabric. We are having motorized stitching machines with skilled tailors with full fledge capacity to fulfill customer requirements.
• Rexin canopies with metaalic frames (Tata) This is one of the temporary driver cabin fabricated structure with canopy (dimensional challenging ) used in mahindra navistar heavy vehicle ( truck).
• Rexin tool bags : We are manufacturing different types of tool bags , vehicle record bags for the all models of tata motors with the in-house stitching and plastic welding facility with skilled operatives.
