The various tanks used for Pretreatment & electro coating process in painting systems are manufactured as per desired P& ID diagram. Sizes are varying depending up on the product process line. Small Top up ancillary tanks are made as per requirement in various square, rectangular & circular shapes with or without partition plates and in SS304L , SS 316L grades and if required in MS grade also .

PROCESS TANKAGES for Electrocoating & PreTreatment

"Generally bigger volume tanks are supported with structural steel however the internal contact parts are of SS304L.

Structural steel is shot blasted as per sa 2 1/2 and coated either with epoxy or enamel paints as per reqirements. The stainless steel parts are picked and passivated."

Along with these ancillary tank the spray system along with risers and supports are also manufactured in accordance with tank dimension and process suite. Spray piping is with special types of imported detachable spray nozzle of various sizes is also available.
