Anand N. Somani is a graduate in Science and has a M.B.A. in Marketing from Neville Wadia Institute of Management Studies & Research (NWIMSR), Pune University. After Post Graduation intended to start own Industry. But finance was the problem. Struggled to get loan from banks but relatives supported him. This was a morale booster to start a manufacturing unit and thereafter "NO LOOKING BACK". Somani is also a Director of Somany Polymers Pvt Ltd. situated at Pune & also been actively associated with various philanthropic and charitable institutions and trusts.
