The seed nurtured by Mr. Pravin Shah in 1997 has developed into a tree that has bloomed on its own strength. Along the way it has also facilitated the growth of human resources associated with it. It is now a respected pharmaceutical company in the sub continent. The core competency lies in the manufacture of complex molecules. It contributes its expertise to 30 countries worldwide in Europe, Latin America, Middle East and Asian countries. It has emerged as a leading API supplier to reputed manufacturers through two major companies Precise Chemipharma Private Limited and Precise Biopharma Private Limited. Under the two companies it has a large generic product portfolio base catering to emerging generic players, generic and patent challenge formulators in regulated & semi-regulated markets worldwide. Currently the company operates with registered products in 15 countries in South, South East Asia, CIS, Africa & South America.

In 1997, Precise Chemipharma Private Limited made its debut in the competitive domestic market. The focus was on making API & Pellets and now it has extended to formulations. It's specialty lies in manufacturing of Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (API) and Pellets like Dorzolamide, Zolpidem, Pantoprazole, Omeprazole and Itraconazole, along with other important substances. It is a prominent player in the global pharmaceutical industry today.

In 2012, Precise Biopharma Private Limited was started with the aim of marketing ethical prescription drugs, generic and OTC products. As the Precise Group marches ahead it has established a command over chemical technologies and economies of scale by continuously creating and nurturing high quality products. In the pursuit of evolving it has become a responsible global player. The importance is on designing eco-friendly processes, targeting conservation of the natural resources.
