SBDX - Small business Dx is the outcome of Creative Telecom's innovative approach towards research and development and its constant effort to develop newer products. It is the smallest digital, ISDN exchange available, packed with all the Dx 2000 features plus a lot more. It fufills all the requirements which emerge from the mobile connectivity with present day communication networks. Apart from having the high end Dx 2000 features SBDX is packed with following hitherto not available features-
1.GSM port with Least cost routing. : Just insert your SIM card in SBDX and your SBDX at office and/or at home is mobile. It is intelligent enough to route all calls to other mobiles numbers through its GSM port thus saving on cost.
2.Fully functional Voice mail : SBDX offers you a fully functional 48 box Voice mail system with a built in 9 level voice guidance. A totally in-skin device at a surprisingly low and affordable price ! You can create your own greeting messages, check and delete messages and conditionally divert your call to your mail box. All this comes with a password protection for security.
3.CLI based routing: This ensures that your calls always land on your extension, then may it be from your overseas client or your wife or even your secret girlfriend. This ensures convenience, efficiency along with saving of time and of-course costs.
4.Calling Line Identification : SBDX can capture CLI from both analog and digital trunks and display it on ordinary analog CLI phones. CLI is retained throughout the duration of the call and gets transferred along with the call to the receiving extension. A feature available only in high end PBX's.
5.Smart Switch : SBDX provides one action port or smart switch which can be used to operate any device such as an airconditioner or a door lock. You can activate the smart switch from a remote location or even from your mobile, using a secure password.
6.Call Buffer : SBDX offers an incoming call buffer to record details of 500 calls while the standard outgoing call buffer is for 2700 calls. Apart from the above SBDX supports CTI for call center applications, HMS/PMS integration's, computerized attendant functionality and Graphical User Interface based programming software.
SBDX is therefore an answer to all your communication needs complete with a mini Voice mail and GSM mobility.
