Anode Mechanism

Anode is a rectangular piece of size 520x520x2200mm, weighing approximately 1200kg. Anode Mechanism handles the anode after its extrusion till it is dipped in water for curing. After extrusion it is in soft condition therefore its handling is critical. Whole Mechanism was conceptualised, designed, developed and commissioned by us.

BS4 Machines

This machine is regularly supplied to M/s JK files and tools (India) ltd. This machine is copied from their existing machines. Our machines ensure the interchangeability of the wear out parts and the consistent quality of production.

Electrode Conveyor

This machine is used in the welding electrode sticks manufacturing. The electrodes are received from the extrusion machine, on the conveyor. Here the electrodes are equally spaced and then they are aligned in longitudinal and lateral direction. The electrodes after all types of alignments are sent to brushing and chamfering unit of the conveyor. After that they are aligned once again and sent to printing unit on the next station. After that they are sent on to the other machines.

Lift

This is a material handling lift. A pair of lift was installed to lift up raw material to the first floor and lift down finished products. The lift was conceptualised, designed, manufactured and installed in the company.

Machine for Bus Bar

Bus bar is an aluminium piece welded at 30ft height. To fit them the base should be parallel. The machine we supplied was a 7 axis manual milling machine. It was compact and light machine.

Scraping Machine Roll unit

It is a rolling unit; we modified the existing design to make it work properly.

Transfer Car

It is a hydraulic mechanism to push and pull a 20 ton trolley into and out of furnace.

De-fluxing Machine:

This machine is used to remove flux from the rejected welding electrode sticks before backing. This way both flux and rod gets separated and they are recycled to reduce the rejection to zero percent.
