Our company,Ray Enterprises, is an associate company of Emmvee Solar Systems Private Ltd. EMMVEE is the brain child of our M D, Mr. D. V. Manjunatha. A visionary entrepreneur he set up this venture in 1992 with the laudable intention of reaching solar power to house holds at a low cost. With the rapid depletion of conventional energy resources and an augmented demand we are at the cross roads of environmental pollution, global warming and evaporation of the earth's ozone layer. A frightening reality sending red alert that quality of life has entered hazardous zone.
Realizing the critical need for an alternative energy source we have been relentlessly pursuing a mission of promoting solar energy for use in homes and institutions in a bid to usher in a Cleaner, Greener and Safer environment for generations to come.

This partnership will enable Solarizer to adopt new global technology and production experience of SonnenKraft , SolarCap’s main brand outside Germany.
SonnenKraft is the leading provider of solar heating systems in Europe, offering complete product program in solar domestic hot water and heating.
This partnership will enhance production capacity and competitiveness of Solarizer.
Solar Cap will introduce Emmvee Solar to technology that will target global market and share production experiences to manufacture solar thermal products for industries such as textiles and food processing.
The combined strengths of the two companies will offer customers a range of solar thermal products and services of global scale.
