  Project Cost: 3000Cr, Project Area: 150acres.

• Ongoing affordable SBD Cosmos City, at Kolar Road Bhopal. An Integrated township of Row Houses & Multi storied unit, with all amenities including club
  house. Project Area: 08 acres (Awarded with AICA (Artist In Concrete Awards) International Award – 2012 Asia for Best Architect, Aesthetics
  Excellence in Sports Architecture by CNBC TV18)

• Proposed IBD Hallmark City- A mid-rise Affordable Housing Project, of around 1000 Dwelling Units, with Gardens and amenities, at Kolar Road Bhopal M.P.

• Spring Valley Dew - A multi unit affordable residential development (stilt plus six floors)of around 600 units comprising of 2-BHK, 3-BHK and pent houses at
