The Sai-lee Electrotekniks is incorporated in the year 1999-2000 by Mr. Sandeep Shinde having a background of electronics engineering & rich experience with system integrator of Allen Bradley. Started with only two employees, Sai-Lee has grown quite fast to its present strength within 9 years as its “work speaks”. Sai-Lee has today very well qualified staff and technical people.

Sai-Lee deals into panels Eldon make in MS CRCA as well as polycarbonate imported panels from ‘Hensel’ Germany. It provides customer Services built panels like MCB-DB, MLDB, MPDB, SPN-TPN Plug Socket, and Cable Drum & Junction Boxes. Sai-Lee is involved in development of control panels for PLC-Automation. Its products are widely used for in industrial, commercial and domestic application. The products are designed to suit to its customer needs with techno commercial condition. Sai-Lee has a quality system to produce design documentation used various software support Auto-CAD drawing provided to internal as well as end customer.

Quality Assurance: A comprehensive Quality Assurance has been implemented in Sai-Lee for designing, manufacturing and supply of "Electrical and Process Automation". The QA is implemented and it is functional to meet customer’s requirements through integration of design, materials and manufacturing. Its approach to the Quality Assurance System is systematic and involves continuous interaction amongst the personnel from Marketing through Design & Development, Planning, Materials, Manufacturing, Inspection & Testing, Stores and Dispatch Departments.

We, in Sai-Lee, practice "Quality First" approach and make everyone participate in producing a quality product. Personnel from all the departments are trained to look out for customer requirements and supply products, which fulfill these. Quality Assurance personnel monitor the product quality and characteristics throughout the system; right from material procurement stage through manufacturing, final inspection and dispatch.

Incoming materials / components are screened for quality aspects and only accepted materials are issued for production. All manufacturing personnel are trained to follow product drawings & specifications along with quality plans and work instructions, and carry out their own inspection of the products which are cross checked by Q A Inspector. Production supervisors reports directly to the Managing Director in quality matters and has full freedom in controlling quality aspects of the products. We believe in the motto "Right the First time & Right Every Time"

Quality Assurance activities are as follows, Inspection of Incoming Materials / Components / B O M.
Material is received, recorded and identification is provided.
Inspection is done for dimensions, size, type model no and make
Electronic parts / assemblies are inspected.
Quality rating of suppliers and monitoring of their performance.

In Process Inspection components are checked during process with reference to the process drawings/specifications. Functional test like electrical test, Air leakage test, Insulation test, etc. are carried out.

International Product Business Range: Sai-Lee is providing international quality products like Mean-Well Power Supply, Phoenix System, Hensel Germany, Jacob Glands, Con-Cab Cables Germany, Eldon Enclosures, Vogt Germany and Essen to all industrial customers since 2003.
