Our strong foothold our own foundry with all modern testing facilities of high Quality standards. Foundry established in 8 acrs of land & built up 35,000 Sq. ft.We are an ISO – 9001 company.

We have our Foundry unit at Pargoan Khandala – Satara, where we have our own production of Graded Cast iron & Ductile iron Castings weighing 2 to 40 Kgs,in Green sand,Shell and Nobake processes.

MOULDING:- Sand Plant with ARPA 450 Disa Make.
CORE SHOP:- Shell Core Shooters capacity 5Kg & Cold Box 15Kg.
SHOT BLASTING:- 48" Duel Table.
LEAK TESTING:- Air Deekay/Dunk PLC Operated.
METALLURGICAL TEST LAB:- Spectro Analyser,Microscope with Image Analyser,UTM,All Sand Test Equipments- Radio Active Contamination Tester.
