Bottle Washing Additive

  • SATOL KAP (Bottle Washing Caustic Additive) – Specially developed cleaning agent for Brewery & Beverage Industries. This product is having excellent performance as caustic additive in Returnable Glass Bottle Washing by resulting in low consumption of caustic soda, maximum penetration and wetting of labels, excellent bottle shining and micro biological cleaning of glass bottles. SATOL KAP helps to reduce the rejection of recycled washed bottles with better cost value proposition.
  • SATOL BWC (Bottle Washing Additive) – EDTA based caustic additive for Glass Bottle Recycling and Washing. It reduces consumption of Caustic Soda with better penetration and metallic label removal, thus resulting into microbes free & streak free cleaning.

Conveyor Chain Lubricants

  • SATOL AC – Alkaline Caustic Additive, which is a combination of highly concentrated cleaner with low foaming surfactants for reducing surface tension and cationic disinfectant for quick sanitation. Usage reduces the caustic soda consumption with excellent cleaning results.
  • SATLUBE MAX – It is a specially developed semi-dry lubricant product for transportation of the goods in glass bott­les, cans and PET bottles with considerable water usage reduction for chain conveyors in Food & Beverage / Brewery Industries.
  • SATLUBE LF – Soap free synthetic lubricant in liquid form with cleaning and germicidal properties for chain conveyors in Brewery & Beverage Industries. It is a specially developed product for transportation of the goods in glass bottles.
  • SATODRY – Concentrated conveyor chain lubricant, specially designed product to be used as a concentrate with no water dilution required and it is suitable for transportation of the goods in PET bottles and cans on flat top conveyor chains.

Cleaning-In-Place (CIP)

  • SATOL AC – Alkaline Caustic Additive, which is a combination of highly concentrated cleaner with low foaming surfactants for reducing surface tension and cationic disinfectant for quick sanitation. Usage reduces the caustic soda consumption with excellent cleaning results.
  • SATONIL PA (5 & 15%) – Fast action sanitizer based on stabilised Hydrogen Peroxide and Peracetic Acid. It is highly effective against most of the microorganisms and viruses even in cold water. Peracetic Acid provides fast sanitizing and Hydrogen Peroxide renders the product suitable for flushing or immersion with better results when compared with Quarts, Phenols, Aldehydes & Halogens.
  • SATOCID – Low foaming acidic cleaner and sanitizer for CIP. Effective removal of beerstone from tanks and vessels without any affects on material of construction.
  • SATOL DS – Excellent descaler which efficiently removes Ca and Mg scales from any hard surface with immediate prevention from new scale deposits. It can be used directly as well as in combination with acid solution in CIP systems.
  • SATOL P – Powder based caustic additive for internal cleaning and disinfection of tanks, equipments and very soiled pipework. It is a perfect combination of non ionic and cationic biodegradable surfactants with speciality phosphate and sequesting agents.

Pasteurizer Biocide

SATOL OR – Innovative and effective industrial odor controller with its applications in Food & Beverage Industries. It is a specially developed product for prevention of growth of algae and slime in circulating fluid section of pasteurizer zone. It provides efficient, cost effective microbiological control at low use concentrations. It protects the aqueous phase from microbial growth and work as biocide against odor causing bacteria.

Internal Cleaning

  • SATFOAM CL – Liquid alkaline chlorinated foam cleaner developed for daily open plant cleaning requirements. The product is a perfect blend of potassium hydroxide, high foaming surfactants and hypochlorite. The presence of surfactants offers an improved sanitizing action and potassium hydroxide provides a strong detergent effect.
  • LIZA – Multipurpose liquid cleaner for daily manual cleaning applications of tanks, crates, cans, floor, trays and other process areas. It is a combination of Anionic, Non Ionic base surfactants and Sequesting agents. Non Ionic surfactant reduces the surface tension, Anionic surfactant gives cleaning effect and Sequesting Agent results in descaling.
  • SS (Stainless Steel) Cleaner – Ideal for cleaning and removal of surface contaminants like dirt, residue, fingerprints, water spots and other markings that you notice on stainless steel. It has been developed from surface chemistry research for metals, to clean and remove surface contaminants, while at the same time imparting a smudge and residue free surface.
